Cancellation Policy:

The seven-day cancellation period for honey products.
Contact for cancellation before dispatch.

Return Policy:

Initiate the return process within three days of purchase.
Item must be unused and in original packaging for return.

Complaints Policy:

Complaints are not honored after 10 business days of receiving the order.

Special Notes:

Chilled, frozen, or fresh produce cannot be returned.

Out of Stock Options:

Select a substitute or deduction on the invoice.
We can hold your order until the item is back in stock.

  • If you wish to cancel your order before despatch please e-mail info@tangeloes.com or telephone the returns department on 03062424911 (option 2) and we will stop the order process and if already charged to your credit card will issue a complete refund.
  • Chilled, frozen or fresh produce cannot be returned.
  • Out of Stock Situation If we are out of stock and unable to fulfil your entire order we will contact you to verify if you require a substitute or a deduction on your invoice. We can always hold your order until we obtain more stock, or we can process the order without the out of stock item.
